Management Consulting

As management consultants, VXG team members provide advice and feedback to management. We may assist a founder or intrapreneur in identifying key business drivers and current or potential issues with a new venture, and in developing strategies for maximizing that new venture’s potential. A VXG consultant may develop a pro forma financial model to illustrate the economic potential of a merger, alliance or a round of funding. Leveraging our broad range of expertise can provide timely and cost-effective solutions to common venture execution problems.

Interim Management Solutions

As interim managers, VXG team members work alongside founders as members of the management team. This type of engagement is typically for a fixed period of time, and designed to accomplish a specific set of operational and strategic goals. A VXG interim manager may support the new venture through a round of financing, or may manage the initial product to beta, or may establish operational processes and recruit in a replacement.
